Working with your Insulation and Concrete Contractor

Late winter tends to be a quieter time when compared to other points in the year.  Often the weather leaves us cooped up and it can be hard to get work done because of it.  This makes it the perfect time to plan spring projects and book contractors. Because everyone tends to be slow, contractors can sit down with clients and take more time laying out plans, double checking to make sure everything is perfect. Nobody can say with certainty when spring will arrive, and the ground will thaw if the plans are complete, then you can hit the ground running as soon as old Jack Frost says his final farewell.

Agriculture

When planning a new build like a pole barn, for example, there are often lots of contractors to coordinate. It can become stressful and overwhelming. If one group gets held up, then you have to coordinate with the whole team once again. Keeping everyone on the same page can become a full-time job….on top of your regular full-time job. Why not save yourself time and frustration by hiring contractors that specialize in more than one discipline? That way they can coordinate with each other, and you can get what you do best.

Southwestern Ontario

Chase does just that, we offer both an insulation and a concrete division; both stellar in their fields, working together to make your new build a reality. You can call one number to coordinate with both divisions, we are family owned and operated right here in Southwestern Ontario. There is nothing worse than trying to convince someone north of you that spring has arrived or south of you that the ground under your new build is still in fact frozen, we are fully aware of our weather patterns. Even after you are able to break ground, often contractors need to communicate to ensure the job runs smoothly.

Spray Foam

Dreaming of heated floors in your new pole barn to make things a little warmer on the feet and easier on the knees? Good plan, our concrete team is happy to take care of it. Once the concrete is set our insulation team can come in and take care of the walls and ceilings. Insulating the ceiling of a pole barn with spray foam creates a vapour barrier which drastically reduces condensation.  We are happy to see it done and done right. You need a team that is able to coordinate effectively if the concrete is not ready before the spray foam team show up, then you are the one left with a headache.

So why not give us a call? Chase Concrete and Insulation are standing by to hear all of your springtime plans. We service all of Southwestern Ontario from Chatham Kent to London, Ontario and everything in between. Let’s sit down, make a plan and through.
